Redesign of a lived–in home

Our goal is to call attention to your property’s best features while minimizing the impact of the staging process on your daily life. Not only will we make your home inviting and appealing, but we will ensure that it is comfortable and enjoyable for you to live in! Depending on your needs, we will:

• Reduce clutter, organize and rearrange existing furniture to better balance the rooms and improve traffic flow.
• Provide accessories as needed to create a warm, inviting and inspiring atmosphere.
• Provide potted arrangements to reach the optimal curb appeal that will make an impact on buyers even before they walk in the door.

Staging of a vacant property

In most cases, buyers have problems appreciating the value of an empty house as they don’t have a vision for what it could become once furnished. In this more extensive approach, we will turn any empty residence into a model home and give it immediate lived-in appeal, so buyers can see themselves playing with the kids or sitting by the fire! We will:

• Provide furniture and accessories for all essential rooms of the house (foyer, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathrooms).
• Provide patio furniture.
• Review and design/improve general landscaping to attain optimal curb appeal (this may include trimming or removing bushes, planting a few extra floral arrangements, adding new sod, etc).
